Comprehensive substance abuse case management (Evaluation, counseling, correspondence, phone consultations, conferences, compliance reports, etc.) fee is delineated below. Please be aware that compliance reports will not be sent (fax, email, mail) until all fees are paid in full and all required recommendations of the rehabilitation plan have been completed and verified. Payment of fees for substance abuse cases are to be made with CASH or CREDIT CARD at the beginning of the initial session unless another payment arrangement is agreed upon in advance and specified in writing (delineated below).

Northshore Recovery Associates does not do court work or become involved in legal matters (with the exception of substance abuse evaluations agreed upon in advance). Please be advised that special fees will apply. If subpoenaed for depositions or court appearance, then you or your attorney will be charged an hourly rate of $200/hr. There will be advance payment (in 4-hour increments) for depositions and court appearances.
